UKCoding provide a guarantee for the supplied RFID transponders. Any non functioning transponder supplied by UKCoding Ltd, will be replaced at no cost. Claims have to be made within 14 days after date of original delivery by returning the faulty transponders. UKCoding is entitled to test these faulty transponders in its (Dutch) RFID laboratory.

Customized-tags
Mango offers customized RFID tags for an optimal use of RFID in your application.
The most common is the use of RFID on metal. For the Waste Management market the Wheely Bin plug has been designed.
Or do you want to design your own physical RFID transponder form. It's all possible with the expertise of Mango.
Metal tags
Low Frequency and High Frequency RFID transponders can be used, under controlled circumstances, on metal. These especially designed tags have an ‘EMI shield’ to avoid direct contact between tag and metal. An adhesive allows direct fitting on metal.
Metal tags are available in a wide variation of colours, with or without customised logo / graphic prints and optional ink jet numbering. We are able to produce tags in customer specific physical format matching your specifications, supplied in large or small quantities.

Manufacturers, mechanics and service technicians know that no single tool is right for every job. RFID needs to be viewed in the same way. The RFID tag is only one component of a total system that may combine bar codes, mobile computers, wireless LANs, material handling systems and industrial controls to manage materials and assets more effectively. A “tag first” approach – i.e. looking at tag capabilities and trying to force fit them into operations – is not advisable.
A customized tag can offer the solution for your application, to differentiate your products from the competition.

Prior to the design a NDA will be signed.
Specify the application and the transponder needed
Your design (CAD drawing) will be assessed by the producer for feasability.
Price and payment conditions are negotiated seperately.
Tools and Prototyping phase.
After your approval of the prototypes the first production batch will be produced.
Total through-put time: estimated 8 weeks.
